All-on-X is a way to replace an entire upper or lower set of teeth without placing an implant for every tooth.
Several dental implants are strategically positioned in the jaw. Together, they support one complete arch of replacement teeth.
Those teeth are secured to the implants. They stay in your mouth for sleeping, talking, eating and everyday life — unlike a traditional removable denture. It's often called “teeth in a day” because a provisional set is placed the same day as surgery, though how it happens — often in a single day, sometimes staged over two visits — depends on what your mouth needs.
What the process is like.

The consultation. A one-on-one visit to determine whether dental implants are right for you — your goals, your health, and what's possible for your case.

The procedure, under sedation. We place the implants while you're comfortably sedated — you won't have memory of it, and any nerves or anxiety beforehand are calmed too.

Leaving the same day. Before you go, you get a full provisional set of 3D-printed teeth, so you're smiling and functioning immediately — never a day without teeth

Healing. Some soreness is expected afterward

All-on-X is a significant treatment decision. If natural teeth can reasonably be saved and give you a predictable result, we'll talk about that option too. The goal isn't to remove teeth simply because implants are available. It's to find the solution that makes sense for your mouth and your life.
