The Bowman Dental Savings Plan is not dental insurance; it’s an annual membership plan that runs for 12 consecutive months. Enrolling in our savings plan gives you the opportunity to obtain high quality dental care at reduced fees.

Discounts cannot be used with any other specials. The discounts are only on the full practice fees.

Annual Enrollment is non-refundable

Patient’s portion will be due at time of service. Any service not paid for the time of service will be billed at usual and customary fees.

Cash, Check or Credit Only- No CareCredit or Financing

Bowman Dental reserves the right to refuse treatment and/or terminate the patients’ participation in this Plan with 30 days written notice if the patient’s account becomes delinquent or patient is non-compliant.

Plan participants are responsible for scheduling their periodic treatments and services not utilized at the end of each year’s membership period are not carried over the following year.

Enrollment date begins on the date when fee is paid in full. Plan expires after 365 days.
